My name is Mark Jackson, and this photo to the left is a picture of my beautiful wife of 10 Years as I surprised her with a Surprise 10 Year Wedding Vow Renewal. It was a long 10 months of planning... But I pulled it off... I came up with a scheme that there was this new bridal magazine coming out in the Fall of 2007. I approached one of the venues where we do lots of weddings at, and was able to get the owner in on the plan with me.. The story was that the magazine wanted to use her facility for the photo shoot for the 1st issue of the magazine, and she did not want to use one of her clients for the shoot so she asked my wife and I to be the bride and groom. She also asked us to do all the decorating, flowers, linens, chairs covers, etc. (since that's what we do for a living) My wife agreed and the owner told us it would be sometime in Mid June.... This was the middle of November when she approached us...... 4 - 5 months later I told my wife that the owner called and gave us the date for the shoot (it happened to be the same day as our 10 year anniversary) my wife could'nt believe it.. But still had no clue because it was planned so far in advance. So in the meantine I organzied, caterer, cake, D.J., Photographer, Minister, etc. , sent out invitations and everything. My wife and I were at the venue for most of the day setting up until my wife left to go get her hair, nails, make-up done, which I set up through her hair stylist, while I finished up a couple things... The guests arrive an hour before we did and when we pulled up in the limo, 75 family and friends were sitting at the ceremony site, with umbrellas shielding themselves from the sun (and my wife) and the minister asked everyone to stand for the bride and groom (and everyone stood and lowered their umbrellas) giving my wife the Surprise of her life...
